  3. Daily practice with my "sword" is finally showing promise as I now can finish a session without feeling like my shoulder is on fire.  Tristan thinks I will soon progress to a real sword and can begin direct combat drills.  I must find a pair of gauntlets to wear once that begins.  Some like Tristans would be keen!
